Frac function

  DECLARATION:  Frac(X : Real)

      PURPOSE:  Returns the fractional part of an argument.

         UNIT:  System

  RESULT TYPE:  Real

      REMARKS:  Where X is a real-type expression, the result is the
                fractional part of X, ie Frac(X) = X - Int(X).
